That's a strong image which fits in with the fact there are 75 artworks being squeezed into the Nunnery. My hope, though, is that the curator will make important the spaces between our work too and will hopefully suggest we scale our work down and use ALL the space. Has anyone thought about doing something outside, for instance? I don't want this show to be about being squashed in. I certainly don't want it to look like the Royal Academy Summer Show. I think Approaches to What? is a really good title, as it does suggest the enquiring and multifaceted aspects of the show, without pinning it down to anything specific. these are my image ideas, as i was thinking about the show being the formulation of new ideas and this image is also quite open to interpretation (and a pun on what/watt)
